1 Definitions and General Principles

In these terms and conditions, "jitawn", "we", "us" refers to the jitawn platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person who uses the jitawn website or services. "Platform" refers to the jitawn.lat website, app, and all related services.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jitawn offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount). Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering is completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per user.
• Bonus balance is calculated separately from cash balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless the offer terms state otherwise).
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may also be forfeited.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

jitawn has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. Advancement to higher tiers depends on deposit and gaming activity. jitawn reserves the right to modify or discontinue VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on jitawn:

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Errors

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitawn platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, cheating, or any other dishonest means.
• Bonus abuse — through multiple accounts, false information, or organised bonus hunting.
• Using software bots, scripts, or any automated system.
• Attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial processing.
• Placing bets with funds from a credit card or loan.
• Engaging in harassing behaviour toward jitawn or other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

jitawn is for users aged 21 and above only. It is the responsibility of all guardians to keep minors away from gaming.

8.2 Self-Limits

jitawn is not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for the following:

• Direct or indirect loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to gaming sessions due to internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Actions or delays by third-party payment providers.
• Loss caused by the user's own error or negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events (force majeure).

In any circumstance, jitawn's total liability will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the loss event.
